It's time for Cornerstone's
Prom Project 2010!
Last year was a tremendous success--over 250 teens and special needs adults were assisted to make their prom night special. We need your help again. Begin donating now: new or gently used prom dresses, shoes, accessories, purses, boys'/ mens' suits, shirts and ties. Please ensure that the items are dry cleaned and in good condition before bringing.
Cornerstone Prom Preparation Program aims to prepare teens for the prom, physically and spiritually. The church collects formal wear, tuxedos, shoes and accessories for teenaged boys and girls - whether they are members of Cornerstone or not. Interested teens must apply for the program. After donations are collected, the church fellowship hall is turned into a mall, complete with a food court. Selected teens pick out their attire, ministers advise teens on appropriate prom behavior and ethics, and hairdressers will donate their services.
