1. Develop your fundraising goals.
2. Write down your fundraising plan (i.e., name, theme, place, who’s involved, etc.)
3. Estimate how much your fundraising program will cost.
4. Identify funding sources and contacts (including ministry participants)
5. Who will be the money manager?
6. All necessary approvals have been requested at least 1 month before fundraiser.
7. Announcements are scheduled to be made 1-2 weeks before fundraiser.
8. Are there any other methods of distribution?
9. Debriefing after fundraiser (things that worked, things that didn’t) sent via email to the Days at least 3 days after fundraiser.
